About Me
Life has a way of coming full circle. I began my artistic journey early, from drawing with my first box of crayons to later receiving a BA degree in Fine Arts from Yale.
My experience in between includes completing commissioned pieces, studying assiduously at premier art programs and schools, including Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, Brooklyn Art Museum, Parsons in Manhattan, and New York Students Art League.
My pursuit as painter abroad was interrupted and ended shortly after it began due to family matters. And then continued to be put on hold due to life and other adventures—maybe even distractions and excuses.
Now a lifetime later, I’m ready to dust off the pens and palettes with a renewed commitment to rendering what brings me joy—what moves me.
Whether it be a landscape or a crowd scene it is the personal aesthetic of the artist which translates it into a visual form—it is unique and inimitable to that artist.
